​   The COOP (Government Employees’ Cooperative Association of Lisbon) is an employee cooperative association that engages in activities related to international organizations, specifically with the United States of America. The COOP services are not, in any circumstances, under the jurisdiction of the US Embassy, as it is by-law, an outside organization that does not answer to the Department of State of the United States of America. Any legal matter or complaint regrading this service must be addressed directly to the COOP services office.
